New Song Church is actively involved in mission work, both in our local community and in other parts of the world. We help to support several people engaged in full-time mission work and encourage parishioners to become involved themselves as God leads them. We believe that every person who comes to New Song Church is called to lead a missional life, serving Jesus Christ wherever he has placed them. We can help equip you to do just that.

Teddies for Tragedies
Who doesn’t love a teddy bear when times are tough? New Song Outreach and Mission is happy to partner along with New Song member Joan Aldred to encourage the knitting of adorable and cuddly teddy bears, to be sent to troubled countries and distributed to children in need, especially in hospitals. Doctors who treat children in third world situations say kids who have their own Teddy to cuddle improve more quickly. The children take their teddy bears home with them so there is always need for more. Dr. Tony Brown will take some teddy bears on his next medical, mission trip. For patterns and more information, email Joan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
