In the Parable of the Talents, we see that God entrusts each of us with gifts, skills and abilities; holds us accountable to what we have received; and will ultimately judge the outcome of our faith. We have a choice to make: will we faithlessly bury our talent out of fear; or will we faithfully use our talent to God’s glory and our neighbour’s good, as we trust in the generous heart of our heavenly Father?
